Shipping

We currently only ship within the United Kingdom.

We aim to dispatch all orders within 96 hours (normally a lot quicker!), but during busier periods of the year this may take a little longer. At these busier times, Christmas for example, we ask that you ensure you are aware there may be delays and you should purchase early to avoid disappointment.

Delivery Times (from dispatch)

Smaller items can take up to 3 working days using Royal Mail 1st class service. Larger items can take up to 48 hours during working days using a courier service.

Returns

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you have a period of 7 days in which to return it. The item should be in original packaging, unused and in the same condition received. Please contact us using our Contact Us page, before returning the item. Upon receipt of returned purchase, we will refund purchase price plus outward postage.

Under the new Distance Selling Regulations, you are entitled to cancel this contract within seven working days after receipt of the goods purchased. If you decide to cancel the contract within this timeframe a full refund will be issued.
